Please call at least 48 hours in advance of your appointment to allow us sufficient time to arrange for service.
Transportation with less than 48 hours notice must have a verifiable and valid reason to be scheduled.
You can also call to arrange for reimbursement when you are transported to your appointment by a family member, friend, or through one of our registered volunteer driver programs
To schedule your service, please have the following information ready when you call:
First Transit will work with you and your medical care provider to ensure that your receive the most appropriate transportation service for your situation.

If you are able to use the fixed route bus services in your area, First Transit will provide you with the appropriate fare media (tickets/tokens) to use the system to get to your appointments.
First Transit is open Monday through Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm excluding state recognized holidays, to take your transportation requests.
